AgeOptions partners with community-based organizations and affirming faith communities to host their own monthly events for LGBT+ older adults offered in a variety of formats that vary by site: in-person, virtual, or hybrid. These small group gatherings tend to be more social in nature and are better-suited for ongoing conversation and more localized resource-sharing.

Cafe meets in a hybrid format - in person and on Zoom - at 1pm on Fridays. Contact West Suburban Senior Services for login information.

Join an AgeOptions online event!

In addition, AgeOptions hosts a free ongoing Zoom events for LGBT+ older adults, caregivers, and service providers. We feature guest presenters on various LGBT+ and aging topics followed by discussion. Pre-registration is required. These events tend to have a large group feel and are better suited for sharing of general information and resources.
